
Shipping Information and Policies:
- PurePool.com ships to all 50 United States from our fulfillment warehouse in Reno, Nevada. At this time, we do not ship Internationally or to any other US territories.
- PurePool.com ships most orders via UPS Ground service. Occasionally, we will ship smaller packages via USPS.
- UPS orders are shipped every business day at around 4:00pm PST, with the exception of major national holidays. UPS orders submitted after 3:30pm PST may not be shipped until the next business day. USPS orders are usually shipped the next business day. Orders received over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
- Most shipments will arrive between 2 and 6 days from the date of shipment, depending on location (please see map below).
- You will be notified via email upon shipment of your order, and will be given a UPS or USPS tracking number.
- Orders over $40 (before tax if applicable) receive free shipping and handling. This offer applies only to the US mainland. For orders over $40 to Hawaii and Alaska, a $10 discount will be applied to the shipping cost.
- Orders under $40 (before tax if applicable) will be charged a fee for shipping based on weight and/or dimensions of your package.
- PurePool.com cannot be held responsible for packages left at your address. If you do not feel comfortable with the delivery company leaving your package unattended, please ensure that you or someone else will be present at time of delivery.
- If your package is damaged at time of delivery, please accept the package. Have the delivery person make a note of the damage in their system, and contact us immediately.
Return Policies:
- PurePool.com will return or exchange most unopened and sealed merchandise in original and undamaged condition up to 30 days after date of purchase. Material must be postmarked no later than 30 days after date of purchase. 100% of your purchase price will be refunded to your credit card upon receipt of the unopened and undamaged product.
- For all returns, PurePool.com requires that you complete our “Return Merchandise Agreement (RMA)” form. Upon receipt of the completed RMA form, you will be provided with instructions and the return address of our fulfillment warehouse.
- Customer is responsible for 100% of the cost of safe & insured return shipping.
- At this time, PurePool.com is unable to accept returns on any merchandise that has been opened, used or installed.
- Should you experience problems with your merchandise out of the box, please contact the customer service department of the manufacturer as given in the owner’s manual.
