Product Description

The Hayward S180T 18" pro series top-mount sand filter incorporates the latest pool filter technology with smooth, efficient flow and balanced backwashing. The S180T features a versatile 7-position 1.5" Hayward Vari-Flo control valve that allows you to easily select from any of the available functions. Other features include an integral top diffuser that ensures even distribution of water so every square inch of sand is used, and a corrosion-proof filter tank molded of rugged polymeric material for dependable, all-weather performance. The effective filtration area for the S180T is 1.75 square feet and the design flow rate is 35 GPM. The maximum working pressure is 50 PSI, 3.45 BAR. 150 lbs. of filter sand (No. 20 Silica Sand, .45-.55mm) is required. For in-ground spas or in-ground pools of all types and sizes.
